Stress is probably the most common problem people experience. It is the most common mental health and problem in the world today.

Symptoms of stress include unable to concentrate, poor sleep, panic attacks, irritable or restless, increased heart rate, increase levels of cortisol, etc.

Acupuncture treatment is very effective at reducing stress levels. People often feel less stressed after their first treatment. It relaxes the nervous system allowing stress hormones to reduce and helps bring the body back to a normal state of balance.

Research has shown that the effects of acupuncture points on the brain reducing relieving stress and anxiety. I have helped many people reduce their stress levels.
